Mr. Mushema is an Assistant Lecturer with a strong academic background and research focus in Educational Psychology, Child Protection, Violence Prevention, and Adolescent Mental Health. He holds a Bachelor Degree of Education in Psychology from the University of Dar es Salaam [Tanzania] and a Master of Science in Psychology in Education from the University of York [United Kingdom]. He is dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment and contributing to cutting-edge research that addresses critical issues in child welfare and mental well-being. He is also passionate about bridging the gap between theory and practice to better inform policies and interventions aimed at enhancing well-being.
