Dr. Constancia Norbeth Nziku is a lecturer in the Department of Educational Foundations, Management and Lifelong Learning within the Faculty of Education. She holds a PhD in Education and specialized in educational management and administration. She completed both her undergraduate and postgraduate studies at the University of Dar es Salaam. Her teaching areas include Management in Education and policy planning. Her research interests and scholarly work focus on high education internationalization, retention of teachers, educational leadership and administration.
