Biography

Biography

Fredrick George Mbuya is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Physics, Mathematics, and Informatics at the Dar es Salaam University College of Education (DUCE). He is currently pursuing a PhD in Computing, specializing in Data Science in Education, at Edinburgh Napier University in Scotland.

 

Mbuya holds a Master’s degree in Data Science and Analytics from Brunel University London, UK, and a Bachelor of Science with Education (Mathematics and Informatics) from the University of Dar es Salaam – DUCE.

 

His research interests include the application of data science methodologies in education and healthcare industries, as well as the impact assessment of educational programs using data science approaches.
