Moses Mosha is Tutorial Assistant in the Department of History, Political Science and Public Administration at the Dar es Salaam University College of Education (DUCE). He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Dar es Salaam in 2019 with research interests on local governance, climate change, public policy, election and democracy and human rights. 

Moses Mosha is dedicated in advancing knowldge and practice in public administration to promote responsive and inclusive governance.
