Mr Hamphrey Adison Balalu is an Assistant Lecturer in Political Science and Public Administration within the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. He holds a Master of Arts in Political Science and specializes in African Political Thought, African Politics and Western Political Thought. He completed both undergraduate and postgraduate studies at the University of Dar es Salaam. His teaching areas include African Political Philosophy, and Democracy and Governance and Politics in Tanzania. His research interests include electoral behavior, e-democracy, and peace and security in Africa.
