Ibrahimu Richard Kisinda is an academic staff and researcher in the field of political science and Public Administration at the University of Dar es salaam-(Dar es salaam University College of Education). He has a bachelor degree of Arts with Education, Master of Art in Public Administration both from the University of Dar es salaam. He is currently a PhD candidate in Political Science at the University of Dar es salaam.
