Ms. Zahra Ally Muhammedy is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Languages and Literature. She is currently pursuing her PhD at Stellenbosch University, South Africa. She holds a Master of Arts in Literature and a Bachelor of Arts with Education, both from the University of Dar es Salaam. Her teaching portfolio includes courses such as African Literature, African Women Writers, Postcolonial Literature, and Literary Theories and Criticism. Her research interests focus on trauma studies, African women writers, and gender studies
