Mr. Nicholaus John Shega is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Educational Foundations Management and Life Long Learning (EFMLL), within the Faculty of Education. He holds a Master Degree in Educational Planning and Administration (MEPA) from Ruaha Catholic University (RUCU). Prior to joining Master Degree program, He had pursued a Bachelor of Arts with Education (BAED) from Ruaha University College (RUCO), (Was then a Constituent of St. Augustine University of Tanzania). His teaching areas include Education Management and Administration, Organizational Behaviour in Education (OB), Human Resource Development in Education, and School Governance.
