Ms. Caroline Charles Shao is Tutorial Assistant in the Department of Languages and Literature within the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. Currently, she is a postgraduate student at Kenyatta University in Nairobi, Kenya pursuing a Master Degree of Arts (French). She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Dar es Salaam. Her teaching areas include all French language related courses. Her research interests and scholarly work focus on French language, second language learning and sociolinguistics.
