Mr Ernest Sebastian Shayo is a Tutorial Assistant in the Department of Educational 
Psychology and Curriculum Studies within the Faculty of Education . He holds a 
Bachelor of art with Education. He completed his undergraduate studies at the 
University of Dar es Salaam. His teaching areas include Educational media and 
technology.
