Mr. Makinga Charles Lutonja is a Tutorial Assistant in Braille Literacy and Assistive technology from the department of Educational Psychology and Curriculum Studies at Dar es salaam University College of Education (DUCE). He holds Bachelor Degree of Education (Special Needs) from Archbishop Mihayo University College of Tabora (AMUCTA), a constituent college of St. Augustine University of Tanzania (SAUT). He has specialized in Visual Impairment and Geography. His areas of teaching are Braille literacy and Assistive Technology, and all psychology related courses.
