Ms. Rachel Richard Chambi is an assistant lecturer in the Department of Educational Foundation Management and Lifelong learning within the Faculty of Education. She completed both her undergraduate and postgraduate studies at the University of Dar es Salaam. Her teaching areas include educational policy making and policy analysis, educational planning programme/project design and evaluation, economics of education and financing, human resource management, organizational behavior in education, quality assurance and quality control in education and education management information system. .
