Mr. Rajabu Abdalah Shafii is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Educational Psychology and Curriculum Studies, Faculty of Education. He holds a Master of Education with a specialization in Assessment, Measurement, and Evaluation. Mr. Shafii completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Dar es Salaam and his postgraduate studies at the Aga Khan University, Institute for Educational Development (AKU-IED). His teaching portfolio includes courses in educational psychology, classroom assessment, and research methods. His research interests encompass formative assessment, assessment accommodations for learners with special needs, assessment and gender, motivation, and self-regulated learning.
