Deusdedith Cyprian Rweyongeza was born on 02 March 1988 in Rulenge, Kagera Region, Tanzania. He began his formal education at Mbuba Primary School and later joined Mchungaji Mwema Secondary School in Kagera, where he completed his secondary education in 2012. He proceeded to Mzumbe Secondary School in Morogoro for advanced level studies, graduating in 2014.

He pursued undergraduate studies at the University of Dar es Salaam, where he graduated in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts with Education. Driven by a strong interest in literary studies and scholarship, he continued with postgraduate studies at the same institution and obtained a Master of Arts in Literature in 2022. Since 2022, he has been serving as a member of academic staff at Dar es Salaam University College of Education, where he is engaged in teaching literature courses and academic mentorship. Beginning with the year 2024, he has been pursuing a PhD in Literature at the University of Dar es Salaam.
