Liberatus Robert Bishangirwa is a Tanzanian academic and economist currently serving as an Assistant Lecturer at the Dar es Salaam University College of Education (UDSM), where he teaches Economics, Mathematics, and Education Finance at the undergraduate level and is actively involved in research and academic consultancy.

He is currently finalizing his PhD in Economics at the University of Dar es Salaam. He holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Dar es Salaam, a Master of Education in Administration, Planning and Policy Studies from the Open University of Tanzania, and a Bachelor of Education in Economics and Mathematics from Mzumbe University. His research interests focus on development economics, education finance, and quantitative analysis, and he has prior experience in curriculum development at the Tanzania Institute of Education and advanced-level secondary school teaching.
