Biography

Dr. Stanslaus G. Mtavangu is a Lecturer in the Department of Chemistry, teaching systematic inorganic and coordination chemistry. He holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from KU Leuven, Belgium. His research and consulting interests include material chemistry, adsorption, nanotechnology, water purification technology, defluoridation technology, wastewater treatment for reuse, resources and energy recovery, composites, bio-waste and clay mineral valorization, chemical analysis, bioconversion technology, phytochemistry, and green chemistry.
