Mr. Kelvin Victor Dillunga is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Development Studies at the Dar es Salaam University College of Education (DUCE). He teaches undergraduate courses in Development Studies. His academic work focuses on inclusive and sustainable development, climate change adaptation, and equitable resilience in rural and peri-urban communities.
Beyond teaching, Mr. Dillunga actively engages in research and consultancy on climate resilience, agricultural transformation, and gender equity in development practice. He has worked with farmer communities across Tanzania’s highlands and coastal regions, supporting agroecology and climate adaptation initiatives.
He is passionate about advancing evidence-based development policy and promoting equitable pathways for rural transformation and climate resilience in Africa.
