Miss. Happiness Onesmo Lutakyamilwa is an Assistant lecturer in the Department of Educational Foundations, Management and Lifelong Learning within the Faculty of Education. She holds a Master’s Degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Beijing Normal University, P.R. China, and a Bachelor of Education in Arts (Geography) from the University of Dar es Salaam. Her teaching areas include Sociology of Education, Principles of Education, Teaching and Learning in Higher Education, International and Comparative Education, and Student Development Theory. Her research interests and scholarly work focus on Student Affairs, Higher Education Administration, Sociology of Education, Cross-cutting Issues and Education, Critical Pedagogy (Education,) and Politics in Education.
