William Pastory Majani (PhD) is a Lecturer of psychology and education in the Department of Educational Psychology and Curriculum Studies, Faculty of Education, University of Dar es Salaam -DUCE. His areas of interest include Psychology, Educational Change, Policy Analysis, Professional Capital, Teacher Education and Psychology of Ageing.
