Dr. Janeth Elias Kalinga is a lecturer in the Department of Educational Psychology and Curriculum Studies at the Dar es Salaam University College of Education (DUCE), specializing in foundational learning with particular focus on language acquisition and literacy education in early childhood contexts. Her research examines the intersection of early childhood education, language development, and literacy practices within the East African educational landscape, emphasizing the critical role of foundational learning experiences in academic achievement.
