Dr. Rose Naftal Mgaya is a lecturer in the Department of Educational Foundations, Management and Lifelong Learning. She holds a PhD in Education and Specialises in Teacher Professionalisation and Professionalism. She completed both her Undergraduate and Postgraduate Studies at the University of Dar es Salaam. She Teaches Education Foundation courses, such as Philosophy of Education, Sociology of Education, Ethics and Professionalism in Education.
