Dr. Shafii Dini Kanju is a lecturer in the Department of History, Political Science and Development Studies within the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. He holds a PhD in Public Administration and specializes in education policy. He completed both his undergraduate and postgraduate studies at the University of Dar es Salaam. His teaching areas include administrative theory, public policy, governance, democracy, and human rights. His research interests and scholarly work focus on public policy analysis, the politics of higher education policy reforms and local governance and service delivery.
