ICT Integration and Digital Literacy Training
I have designed and facilitated comprehensive ICT capacity-building programmes aimed at enhancing the digital literacy of educators and administrators. These projects involve training participants on the effective use of educational technologies and the implementation of digital resources within the classroom to support modern pedagogical practices. By bridging the gap between technical skills and instructional delivery, these initiatives empower teachers to create more engaging and interactive learning environments.
Technical Assistance for Ministry of Education, Zanzibar (2022–2023)
I served as the lead consultant for a major technical assistance project for the Ministry of Education in Zanzibar. In this role, I oversaw the comprehensive development of textbooks, teacher guides, and various supplementary instructional materials designed to enhance the quality of education in the region. This project required high-level coordination and expertise in curriculum design to ensure all materials met the necessary pedagogical standards.
National Stakeholders' Curriculum Analysis (2023)
For the Tanzania Institute of Education, I conducted an extensive qualitative analysis of national stakeholders' views aimed at improving the state curricula. This project involved the analysis of diverse perspectives to identify areas for improvement within the existing curriculum framework. The findings were instrumental in guiding future curriculum reforms to better serve the needs of the national education system.

Rapid Assessment on Violence against Boys (2023)
I involved in the analysis of qualitative data for a rapid assessment on violence against boys in Tanzania on behalf of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Higher Education. This social research project focused on identifying the prevalence and nature of challenges faced by boys within the Tanzanian context. The resulting report provided critical data for policymakers to develop targeted interventions and support systems.
