Mr. Casmir Arsen Akaro is Assistant lecturer in the Department of Educational Foundations Management and Lifelong Learning within the Faculty of Education. He holds a Masters or Arts in Education and Bachelor of Education in Commerce and Accountancy both from Mzumbe University. His teaching areas include Finance and Economics of Education, Entrepreneurship Education and Training as well as Education Management and Administration His research interests and scholarly work focus on Financing Education Systems, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Skills and Vocational Skills.
