Mr. Rabiel Shabani Fadhili is an Assistant Lecturer at Dar es Salaam University College of Education, specializing in Swahili linguistics. With a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Arts with Education from the University of Dar es Salaam, focusing on Swahili phonology, Bantu languages, morphology, foreign language teaching and learning, and social linguistics, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role.
