Dar es Salaam University College of Education (DUCE) organized a two-day induction seminar for heads of administrative and academic units between 23rd and 24th November, 2018. The seminar was part of the continuous process aimed at mentoring leadership skills among the heads of units. According to the College Principal, the seminar was an opportune to reflect on leadership direction in the context of current trends in the provision of student-centered programmes and services.
