Manchester City moved into second at the Women’s Super League while Chelsea were held to a 1-1 draw by Brighton after a 2-0 win against Reading.

As they kept their 100 per cent start to the year pauline Bremer scored for City at Adams Park.
The Germany put City ahead in the 30th minute with a strike from the edge of the box and added a second goal just prior to the hour mark after her initial attempt was blocked by goalkeeper Grace Moloney.
Bremer came close to making it a hat-trick at the 73rd minute after her header hit a post.
City are just one of two teams to have thus far enrolled two wins from two games, the other being Everton after their 2-0 home victory over Bristol City.
Chloe Kelly netted a brace in that match, two magnificent right-footed attempts coming in rapid succession shortly before the period, and she was denied a treble.
Chelsea are next with four points after drawing 1-1 to the late equaliser of Adelina Engman in Brighton thanks.
Engman fired from close range in stoppage time to cancel out Aileen Whelan campaign for those hosts.
Elsewhere, Tottenham got their WSL target and points since Rachel Furness’ first-half penalty secured a 1-0 home win against Liverpool, who’d Niamh Fahey sent after the rest.
And Birmingham 1-0 was defeated by West Ham in the 27th minute at home courtesy of a Adriana Leon attack.
Reigning Women’s Super League champions Arsenal will take on Manchester United on Monday evening.
