Wales manager Ryan Giggs has named Tom Lawrence within his group to face Slovakia and Croatia.
Lawrence was included despite being charged with drink-driving last month after being involved in an auto crash following out with Derby County.
The 25-year-old is expected to look in Southern Derbyshire Magistrates Court on October 15, alongside heart team-mate Mason Bennett, who has been charged with drink-driving.
Earlier World Cup finalists Croatia visit the Cardiff City Stadium on October 13, wales face Slovakia at a Euro 2020 qualifier at Trnava on October 10 – two days before Lawrence is supposed to appear in court.
Central defender Ashley Williams contributes to the squad after being left outside to last month wins over Belarus and Azerbaijan.
Williams was with no club in the time after being published by Everton but has joined Championship side Bristol City.
Juventus midfielder Aaron Ramsey comes back into the squad after recovering from a hamstring injury, while Gareth Bale along with Daniel James also have been included.
Wales are fourth in their qualification group, having taken six points from their opening four matches.
