The Faculty of Education has organized a consultative workshop for all Teaching Practice (TP) supervisors on 26th July, 2018. Visiting scholars from the University of Warwick – UK, had chance to attend the workshop as participants and presenters. Other presenters came from the Department of Educational Psychology and Curriculum Studies.

The seminar was aimed at exposing the supervisors to key issues in assessing the performance of student-teachers who will be doing their teaching practices countrywide in different regions. During the workshop different topics related to the practice of assessing the student-teachers were presented and the supervisors had time to ask questions.

TP is a compulsory training package which exposes student-teachers to the actual realities of classroom teaching and management.
